Stuart Steel
Director
Stuart has worked in web development since 2001. He started Acorn Web Studio in 2006 because he wanted to use the skills he'd learnt developing complex, big business websites to help small businesses use the web more cleverly.
Susan Cowan
Web Strategist
Susan helps clients identify the biggest, most lucractive online opportunities for their business. She's been a web strategist since before anyone had heard of web strategy, and she's worked with everyone from big corporations to tiny startup businesses.
Nan Allen
Project Manager
Nan specialises in producing and managing online communications for small and medium businesses. Nan's role at Acorn is to oversee our relationship with clients from the initial decision-making process to the delivery of the website and beyond.
Rikki Bochow
Production Manager / Web Developer
Rikki is a qualified web and print designer, but since joining Acorn she's learnt to love working with code. As our Production Manager, she makes sure that everyone knows what they're doing and our clients' websites get delivered on schedule.
Marin Sekesan
Art Director / Web Designer
Marin is a talented designer who knows how to make typography, colour and images work together and send a message to customers. As our Art Director, Marin makes sure our websites have consistently high design standards.
Angus Gordon
Web Copywriter
Angus specialises in creating user-focused web content. With over 15 years' experience as a professional writer, he helps clients persuade their website visitors to take action, either by writing the content himself, or giving clients tools for writing effectively on the web.
Geoff Lewis
Programmer
Geoff Lewis has a Masters in programming, and has worked for Ford and CSIRO. With his eye for detail and logical thinking skills, he is Acorn’s go-to man for server-side web development.
Matthew Commons
Web Designer / Developer
Matthew has recently joined our team as a web designer and developer. He's been designing and building websites for many years, and recently cemented his skills with a Diploma in Graphic Design.
