The Hunger Project
Being a member of the Love Your Business community we were thrilled to be propositioned with the design and development of a website for The Hunger Project.
The initiative gives members of the LYB community the opportunity to invest in the lives of more than 10,000 people through the development and maintenace of an epicentre in Africa. It is based around an annual financial commitment for a period of 5 years.
Originally all information could be found on the Love Your Business website with linking information from a global The Hunger Project website. Our task was to incorporate these two sources into one, all-encompassing website.
With the assistance of some great photographs and footage from the communities previous travels to the epicentre in Africa, combined with a pure css graph that updates the amount of current financial commitments, the end result is an engaging and informative site that tries to avoid the guilt trip of depressing and drastic messages.
