Adding new pages

Your website is made up of individual pages. Most will be standard content pages that contain text and images that you insert. Some will contain news indexes, galleries or product or services catalogues. The learning materials on this page take you through the process of creating and saving a standard page.

You will be inserting content into the page using the WYSIWYG editor.  While this  editor shares many similarities with Microsoft Word its differences are such that a whole section of our help is targetted at helping you understand its use.  We recommend that you review these sections as well before starting to add or edit content on your website.

Note: Some page templates for some customers may contain more than one editable area.  Only the first content area is required mandatory content. The subsequent areas will often be for specialist needs like image publication.  You can explore the functionality of these secondary areas easily.
