About these resources

Our goal is to collect, refine and present information that assists our clients in using their websites easily and effectively.  This information  is primarily about practical matters and tries to cover all the most common activities carried out in our websites.

Because many of our client's websites are customised to meet their particular needs some of the instructional screens will not match exactly each user's experience, but the underlying principals are the same.

Finally we are constantly trying to improve these resources and answer all our client's questions. Please let us know if there are questions or issues that you find are not covered in these videos and PDFs.  We will work to expand these resources as quickly as we can.

Using these resources

We recommend that all our clients view these resources before starting to use their website.  Each subject will include movie and occasionally PDF resources, as well as links to related subjects.  If these resources do not clarify your question, then please send your request for assistance via the comments form at the bottom of each page.  That way your question can be responded to quickly as well as adding to the written resources for that particular topic.
